Book an online check-up First, you book an appointment for a short online check-up. In this consultation, we'll discuss your goals, wishes, and previous training experience. 2. Analysis & Planning I'll ask you specific questions about your daily routine, your fitness level, and your capabilities. This will result in a training plan that is realistic, effective, and individually tailored to you. 3. Your Personal Training Plan Once all the information is gathered, you'll receive your personal training plan with a clear structure, easy-to-understand instructions, and video tutorials for each exercise.

Booking & Usage Policy (Training Plan & Nutrition Plan) Booking a training plan or nutrition plan becomes binding upon receipt of payment. As this is a custom-made digital service, its creation begins after the customer has provided all necessary information. Important Notes: • The plans are created individually based on the information provided by the customer. • We assume no liability for incomplete or incorrect information. • Once creation has begun, cancellation or refunds are not possible. Delivery: The training or nutrition plan will be provided digitally via email or through an agreed-upon online tool.
