General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, services and offers provided by:

In particular, they apply to services in the areas of personal training, online coaching, group workouts, as well as massage and wellness services.

2. Services

Bodycompass offers individual services in the following areas:

  • Personal training (one-on-one and group training)

  • Online coaching (training, nutrition, lifestyle)

  • Mobile massage services

  • Corporate and event services

The specific scope of services results from the respective booked offer.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A contract is concluded through:

  • Booking via the website

  • Written confirmation by email

  • Verbal agreement with appointment confirmation

By concluding the contract, the client accepts these Terms and Conditions, including the cancellation policy.

4. Prices & Payment Terms

All prices are stated in euros (€).
Payment must be made prior to the start of the service by bank transfer, cash payment or online payment (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

5. Appointment Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge

  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours or failure to attend will be charged in full

  • Delays do not entitle the client to an extension of the session

6. Disclaimer of Liability & Health Notice

Participation in training sessions and massage services is at the client’s own risk.

The client confirms that there are no health restrictions.
Any complaints, illnesses or pregnancy must be communicated to Bodycompass in advance.

The offered services do not replace medical or therapeutic treatment.
No promises of healing or guaranteed results are made.

7. Online Coaching – Special Provisions

Online coaching is conducted via digital communication.
Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds for coaching periods that have already begun are excluded.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email):

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received will be refunded without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services

The right of withdrawal expires if Bodycompass has fully performed the service and the client has expressly agreed beforehand that the service may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost as a result.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bodycompass is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.

10. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.

11. Copyright

All training plans, content and concepts are protected by copyright and may not be used, reproduced or passed on without prior consent.

12. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, insofar as legally permissible.
